A cracked team of psuedo-intellectual ‘beautiful people’ journalists do a documentary about a graffiti problem in their fair town.  Is it vandalism that needs to be halted with the firm hand of the law?  Or is it art, social commentary in code, made by a misunderstood underground artist-genius, AKA “Grafittiman”, inspired by fire in the belly, friends from Outer Space, or.perhaps, a very rich trust fund derived from his ‘respectable’ alter ego?
